● Executive coaching & consultingFor creative leaders in the brand & creative industries.
I work with senior leaders in complex, creative environments — where pressure is high and conditions change fast.
To discuss working together
A great deal is expected of creative leaders, often without the tools, training, or space to build the skills that kind of responsibility demands. I offer bespoke, experienced support to help them succeed.
I have 20+ years working in creatively-centred businesses — over a decade running creative agencies, plus many years client-side, including Nike and Warner Records. More recently, I've been close to the latest organisational challenges facing brand marketers, including hands-on training in AI.
● At the centre of my workThe Self-Leadership Wheel
At the centre of my work is the Self-Leadership Wheel: a model built on a simple belief - that leading others well starts with leading yourself well first. I help individuals and teams build genuine resilience - clarity of thought, adaptability, sharper problem-solving, and stronger relationships - so they can lead their teams with real effectiveness.
The result: a higher bar of creative excellence, at every level of the business.
A specialism in neurodiverse thinking
Many of my clients are creative leaders, and increasingly, my work draws on a specialist understanding of neurodiverse thinking. I help leaders build the self-leadership skills that make the biggest difference for neurodivergent minds - executive functioning, organisation, navigating difficult conversations, and building consistent behaviours - so their thinking sets the pace, not their environment.

Individual & team coaching
For ambitious creative leaders working in complex, fast-paced environments, who want coaching to unlock their team's potential and drive better creative outcomes.
Bespoke 1:1 coaching for senior leaders, or group coaching for a leadership team building a new dynamic - including individual 1:1 sessions for each member. This is a minimum six-month journey: we align your vision to the business, set the mission for our work together, build a bespoke plan, and meet regularly to drive sustained change.
Signature Programme - Creative Leadership: The Foundations
Creative talent is often promoted into leadership without ever being trained for it - this programme closes that gap.
This is a workshop-style, interactive session where we unpack the fundamental elements of self-leadership, and leave with an individual plan to the benefit of the individual and the team they are leading.
